Motsunabe (モツ鍋) is a Japanese dish containing beef offal and Chinese cabbage as main ingredients.
A "nabe" is a pot, and "motsu" is offal (entrails of an animal, in most cases, a cow or a pig). Motsunabe refers to offal stewed with spices and vegetables such as cabbage, leek, and garlic. The best thing about motsu is that it melts in the mouth. Motsu also contains a lot of collagen which is good for your skin.
